What are PTS?

Generic skills required in all walks of life, although they are also referred to as employability skills they are relevant outside the workplace and are not industry specific. PTS are learnt and developed through experience in social and commercial settings both formally and informally. PTS are the building blocks on which to build project/organisation/industry specific skills.

Why are personal transferable skills important?

PTS are the skills necessary to progress towards your chosen goals.
