Frank Krikhaar

Frank’s creativity and energy is the driving force behind every Frontiers event.  His commitment to experiential learning has been developed over years of involvement in entrepreneurial training and enterprise coaching.

After completing his first degree in Economics and Politics at the University College Utrecht in the Netherlands, Frank moved to the UK and undertook a second degree in Sociology and Psychology in Cambridge.  It was here that he became involved with the fledging Frontiers organisation and played a pivotal role in developing it and moving it forwards.

After university Frank has worked as a strategy consultant at a corporate finance boutique for a number of years before taking on the role of corporate responsibility manager for a large listed communications agency.

Frank has a vast range of experience in teaching and facilitation and is the Chair of Governors for a primary school in south London and has spent time teaching in Hong Kong.

Frank is available for one on one coaching as well as facilitating at our events throughout the year.
