Vikram  was the original founder of The Frontiers Group.  For over 10 years he has been involved in running leadership training, developing an extensive range of activities and workshops for all age groups.

While at university he studied economics and management developing a keen understanding of leadership theory.  Through placements with accountants and consultants Vikram has put the theory into practice.

Now a professional cricket player at Gloucestershire County Cricket Club Vikram retains a central role in The Frontiers Group providing a never ending supply of new material to keep our events current and fresh.

Alongside his playing commitments Vikram coaches young people and adults and continues to undertake further coaching qualifications deepening his knowledge and experience.

Vikram is available for one on one coaching as well as facilitating at our events throughout the year.
