For 6 years Frontiers have been helping develop transferable skills.
Frontiers is run by three Cambridge graduates: Vikram Banerjee, the Chairman, who set up Frontiers along with Frank Krikhaar and Lydia Carter in 2004. After meeting at university, they each combine a professional career with their work at Frontiers.

Frontiers work with people around the country to develop their awareness of personal transferable skills and identify their own strengths and weaknesses. We run workshops for people who are in school, preparing for university applications, at university, preparing for interviews, assessment centres, or people in the world of work.
Addressing the skills gap starts with taking an individual approach to assess strengths and weaknesses. At Frontiers we strongly believe that self awareness is the start of a continuous development process, which we facilitate through experiential learning, individual guidance and support.
We work with schools, universities and companies around the country and run a number of events each year, supported by major recruiters in industry. Click here to find out more about the events we are running this year.
We tailor what we do to individual schools, universities and companies to ensure that the training and workshop meets the requirements of the situation.
