The events are a unique and innovative mix of experiential learning and graduate recruitment to suit the wishes of all involved. Using a series of exercises similar to those used in graduate recruitment the workshops offer a great combination of enjoyment and self-development.

All our workshops are attended by representatives from some of the major Graduate Recruiters in the UK, from all specialities, for a complete list please see our sponsors page. These help us assess attendee's skills levels and provide information on the skills required from successful candidates.

Why?

Graduate employers take a keen interest in the skills of potential employees. Transferable skills are used to distinguish and select candidates along with their academic credentials. In some graduate positions, personal qualities and skills are the primary selection criteria used by employers.

You need to be able to identify your personal skills and qualities, assess how well you can demonstrate them and communicate them to employers.
