What we do:
Frontiers works with careers service departments in universities to deliver innovative and tailored workshops for students from a wide range of backgrounds, courses, and ages.
Our unique workshops ensure that your students have the personal transferable skills to bridge the skills gap between student life and employment – improving their prospects for years to come. Focusing on a particular course or a particular personal transferable skill, the careers services will receive a tailored and innovative workshop for small or large groups of students looking to prepare for their entry into the work place.
Why?
Our personal transferable skills workshops are unlike anything else available to students and are attended by numerous Graduate Recruiters in the UK, from all specialities. These help us assess attendee's skills levels and provide information on the skills required from successful candidates. The Frontiers Group was founded in 2004 and was designed by students for students and we have been running events with this ethos since. This makes us stand out compared to all other skills workshops that are run by large corporations, are very expensive and are often not targeted at the student of today. For career service departments, working with Frontiers is a one-stop solution to develop skills awareness and proficiency amongst students and enable them to get the most out of themselves career-wise.
